Important Notes on Delivery
For the fastest and confirmed delivery, it is essential to provide the full address with the correct PIN code.
Deliveries to hostels, colleges, or schools are at the customer’s own risk. If the delivery is refused or not accepted by the institution’s staff (e.g., a warden), Trioberry will not be liable for any refunds or re-shipments.
If you have a specific delivery date request, please mention it in the “gift message” or notes section while placing your order. If no date is provided, we will dispatch your order at the earliest possible opportunity.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Courier companies may charge additional fees if the provided address or PIN code is invalid or mismatched. In such cases:
Any penalties, additional charges, or failed deliveries due to incorrect address information will be the customer’s responsibility.
If an order needs to be re-shipped, the customer must cover the re-shipping cost.
If the package is lost or undelivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, Trioberry will not be held responsible and no refund will be issued.
