At Trioberry, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for orders placed, except in the case of defects or errors on our part.
Order Cancellation
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item received is defective or incorrect due to an error on our end.
To qualify for a refund or exchange:
The customer must provide clear proof, which includes a full unboxing video showing the package from the moment it is opened (including the outer packaging, address label, and invoice) to the item inside.
The video must be continuous, unedited, and without any filters or cuts.
This proof must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the package.
Without this proof, we will not be able to process any refund or exchange requests.
Important Refund Conditions
Refunds apply only to the product cost; shipping charges are non-refundable.
If the same item is unavailable, customers can choose between waiting for a restock or requesting a refund.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for the following:
Size issues.
Sale or discounted items.
Orders that have been used or tampered with.
Packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Orders rejected by the customer at the time of delivery (in case of prepaid orders).
Delay in delivery due to courier service issues (as we do not control third-party logistics).
Items damaged due to wear and tear (including damage to embellishments such as Zirconia stones).
Shipping Charges & Rejections
If a return is approved and the error is on our end, return shipping charges will be reimbursed up to ₹80.
If a prepaid order is rejected at delivery, Trioberry will not issue any refund.
If a package is returned due to incorrect address/contact info provided by the customer, only 50% of the product value will be refunded within 15–20 business days.
Deadline for Claims
All refund or exchange requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving the product. Any requests made beyond this time frame will not be entertained.
